We announce that on the 13th of October 2010 started the hearing on the counterclaim for the case 5581/05, Dr. Lykourgos Kyprianou vs Roys Poyatzis, brightly known as the AremisSoft case.
In that connection, it is reminded that the case against Dr. Kyprianou was withdrawn in the summer 2010 by the plaintiffs.
